If something goes wrong, email us at newsletter@written-by-rae.com within 7 days of the delivery date, with your order number and, for damage, a photo.
We’ll send a replacement copy or refund your order. Replacements are subject to availability.
Shipping Protection must be purchased at the time of your order and can’t be added afterward. It does not cover delivery delays or packages the carrier shows as delivered to the address you provided.
